Waste Shredder Series TR2

The Shredders TR2 are characterized by having two axes that have a special type of blades that break and cut the material, working at low RPMs and high torque. They range in power from 10 to 350 hp. Machines with a power above 40 hp can be used in the processing of harder materials, such as televisions, computers, appliances (washing machines and refrigerators), tires, to name a few examples.

The cutting action and its effectiveness is related to the thickness and the number of hooks of the blades, with the thickness of the blade defining the width of the fraction, while the hooks define the length of the cut. For different types of waste to be shredded, it is necessary to make an adequate selection of the type of the blades.

In addition, the machines can be ordered optionally with a type of sieve that gives a better control the output grain size. Thicker blades for tires and ferrous materials are characterized for this application.
