Sorting Plant for Recycling
Tons and tons of garbage are thrown away every day. What many people don't know is that much of this waste can be reused through recycling.
The sorting plant is the ideal place to separate waste, continuing the reuse process.
Lippel has semi-automatic sorting projects, where employees use sorting mats to sort the waste. As it is a national product, they are designed with added cost benefit and financial value much lower compared to imported equipment.
The facilities must be adequate to the standards provided by law. We develop the project only after the site to be built has been inspected, so that it fully adapts to the work environment and the needs of each client.
With the correct separation of waste, it is possible to transform organic material for composting and inorganic material into fuel to generate energy.
How it works
Waste separation takes place in three stages:
- Isolation of recyclable waste
- Generation of organic raw material for product composition
- Crushing and drying of tailings
It has the capacity to process up to 20 tons of waste per day, according to the client's objective.
