Performance testing and approval

The Lippel has, as a standard to test their machines before sending to the customers. Are the tests hard in 24 hours at full operation is required the maximum the machine. All aspects are seen and the results must be within the specified. Are made various analyses and data of temperature, vibration, consumption, cutting ability and production are taken and stored in our system. If they are within the specified, the machine is clean, the painting is finished and go on to the final destination, a client is more than satisfied. In this last test carried out in a PFL 500x900 M-C that has as the destination the Chile, the machine has reached the incredible mark of 182m3 production of chips in just 1 hour with the use of an engine with 317 HP.
