Moinho de Martelo MML 1110

The MML-1110 hammer mill was developed to meet the milling needs of certain types of waste. The MML-1110 is able to adapt to the granulometry needs of the customer. Capable of grinding chips, bark, straw, sawdust and other types of waste, the mill is ideal for the processing of biomass for the production of pellets and briquettes.

The waste should be ed into the mill through the opening at the top of the equipment, entering the feed chamber through a guide plate, providing a balanced feed flow to the mill.

The material is grind under the beating of the hammers, which rotate at high speed and the friction against the screen allows only the waste of desired size to pass through the holes in the screen. The processed waste is discharged through centrifugal force and airflow.

During maintenance or exchange of parts, access is facilitated as it allows the removal of sieves without the need for auxiliary tools. The hammer mill has a safety device that prevents the operating door being opened while the rotor is working.

The correct combination between the hammer mill, screen size, hammers, rotor speed, feed system and air suction ensure the results required for biomass processing for the production of pellets and briquettes.
