Hammer Mill MML 1560
The MML-1560 is able to adapt to customer’s grading needs, grinding chips, bark, straw and other wastes. The MML-1560 hammer mill was developed due to the milling needs of some types of waste. The MML-1560 is able to adapt to the customer’s granulometry requirements, being able to grind wood chips, bark, straw, sawdust and other types of waste, being ideal for the processing of biomass for the production of pellets and briquettes. The waste should be ed into the mill through the opening located at the top of the equipment; it will then enter the feed hopper through a guiding plate, providing a balanced flow of waste to the mill. The right combination of hammer mill, screen size, hammers, rotor speed, feeding system and air suction guarantee the necessary results to the processing of biomass for the production of pellets and briquettes. The milling of the material takes place through the beating of hammers on waste, running at top speed and pressing the milled waste against the screen, allowing only those milled to the desired size to pass through the screen. The processed waste is discharged by the centrifugal force and air flow. The opening of the door for maintenance or replacement of parts is facilitated because it allows the removal of screen without the need for auxiliary tools. The hammer mill has a safety
