Brush Chipper Tracker 260 DA
The PDU 260 DA Tracker is a chipper / shredder for branches and logs with high crushing capacity, with a wide cutting opening to facilitate the feeding of bulky materials and a powerful 60HP diesel engine - 04 cylinders.
Electronic intelligent automatic feeding system (NO_STRESS) that automatically manages the engine speed index in relation to the cutting set.
Cutting system with a dynamically balanced disc (rotor), with two blades, type two wires, made of special heat-treated steel, with high abrasion resistance.
The entire set is mounted on a self-propelled 4x2 6-wheel self-propelled chassis and traction on a 4-wheel differential axle. Drive by robust hydraulic motor, and by central command of levers “forward and reverse” with speed controller, being able to reach 8 km per hour. Option of uncoupling the 4x2 system for maintenance and manual parking movements, and parking brake system for transport.
Differential locking system for work in hard-to-reach places, with an option on – “for uneven terrain” and off – “for short maneuvers, total steering distortion”, leaving the operator in total control. Steering system on a 2-wheel axle through Hydraulic cylinder, steering rod pivots and steering terminals, suspension by rocker arm, drive by manual hydraulic command “right and left” movement for maneuvers.
For operator safety, the twig chipper will never turn on the locomotion system while the shredder system is on and in use. And the shredding system will never turn on while the locomotion system is on. Also, it is only possible to turn on the crusher locomotion system when the operator is in the working position on the machine.

Why have a twig crusher?
The twig crusher is a piece of equipment that transforms solid waste from pruning and wood into chips, which can be reused for various purposes, mainly composting and covering the ground. Waste from urban pruning originated from municipal afforestation, condominiums, highways and even gardens, is treated as solid waste and deserves attention for recycling and correct reuse. With the use of urban and forestry shredders, it is possible to dispose of this material correctly and properly. The residu
