Trommel Large Mobile Screen Pronar MPB 2055

Large capacity rotary sieve for waste and biomass classification

Trommel Large Mobile Screen Pronar MPB 2055

Thinking about the best way to make use of municipal waste, Lippel brings a line of state-of-the-art European waste processing and classification equipment, allowing for large-scale reuse and recycling.

Mobile trommel rotary screens are used to classify waste into different particle sizes.

Thanks to their solid structure and simple operating principle, trommel mobile screens are ideal for sorting different types of materials - municipal waste, wood waste, wood chips, compost, biomass, coal, soil, gravel, tailings and more.

There are four different sieve sizes available to best fit the activity to be performed.

With a removable drum you can configure the machine to meet specific customer needs, including the required drum diameter and hole diameter for each material type.

Self-propelled track drive option:

Self-propelled track system for trommel screen transportation. A fully autonomous haulage system allows for trouble-free operation and the need to use other vehicles for towing. The equipment can be relocated at any time and may have access to the most difficult terrain.

It has a hydraulic leveling system to adjust the position of the equipment. This mechanism allows the equipment to be longitudinally leveled, thus providing greater safety when transporting the machine on uneven terrain.
